Who You Are
You’re someone who thrives on building strong client relationships and driving results. Specifically, you:
- Are fluent in English (C1 level or above).
- Excel in communication, with a knack for interpersonal connection.
- Have a meticulous eye for detail and excel at juggling multiple client priorities.
- Embrace learning and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bring at least 5 years of experience in client engagement.
- Have a solid background in PPC marketing and understand the nuances of paid media campaigns.
What You’ll Do
As the primary point of contact for clients, you’ll:
- Build and maintain client relationships, holding regular check-ins and biweekly meetings.
- Take detailed notes during meetings and translate them into actionable tasks for the delivery team.
- Collaborate closely with account consultants and the delivery team to align strategies with client goals.
- Onboard new clients, ensuring they feel confident in our tools and processes.
- Deliver regular performance updates and proactively identify growth opportunities.
A Day in the Life at Growth
Your day kicks off with a warm hello to the team. You’ll dive into account performance insights, check-in with clients to discuss progress and gather feedback, and coordinate with the delivery team to align on objectives. After every client interaction, you’ll document key points and assign tasks to keep campaigns moving forward seamlessly.
