Who You Are
You’re a data-driven problem solver with a passion for paid search. Specifically, you:
- Are fluent in English (C1 level or above).
- Have over 2 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns and social media.
- Excel in analytics, turning data into actionable insights.
- Have experience managing diverse projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Are a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Possess exceptional time management and prioritisation abilities.
What You’ll Do
As a Paid Search Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating, managing, and optimising paid campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building new accounts and campaigns from the ground up.
- Continuously optimising campaigns to drive performance improvements.
- Managing CRM tasks and responding to client requests efficiently.
- Joining biweekly client calls to share updates and gather feedback.
- Collaborating with account consultants and client engagement teams to ensure campaign alignment.
- Delivering regular performance updates to clients with actionable insights.
- Conducting external account reviews for potential clients.
- Identifying growth opportunities and preparing strategic growth plans.
A Day in the Life at Growth
Your day starts with a check-in with the team and setting priorities in your task log. You’ll dive into campaign performance metrics, optimising accounts and identifying new opportunities. You’ll collaborate with account consultants and client engagement teams to address client feedback and prepare for calls. CRM tasks help keep your workflow organised as you address client requests and ensure campaigns are on track.
